Omni Prime ("the App", "we") is a media player for Smart TVs, Android, Apple TV and the web. We collect as little as possible. This policy explains what we process and why.

1. Player only — no content

Omni Prime does not provide, sell, host or proxy any TV channels, streams or other content. You connect your own M3U or Xtream playlist. Your video plays directly from your provider to your device; we never receive or store it.

2. Information we process

A device identifier (a hardware MAC where allowed, otherwise a random per-install ID) to manage your trial and subscription; the playlist connection details you enter (stored to deliver them to your TV); and subscription/payment records (plan, amount, status). Full card details are handled by the payment provider, not by us.

3. What we do not collect

No account, name or address. We do not collect your viewing history, and we do not run third-party advertising or tracking inside the App.

4. How we use it

Only to operate your trial and subscription, deliver your own playlist, process payments you start, and provide support. We never sell your data.

5. Retention & your rights

Records are kept while your device uses the service and as required for accounting. You can ask us to delete your playlist or device record at any time.

6. Children & security

The App is a general-audience player, not directed at children. Data is sent over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled servers.
